Kelsey Hawk is a visual artist, educator, advocate, and explorer currently living and working in Ventura, CA.
She has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a BFA with emphasis in Art History, Theory, and Criticism from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, International training from Metafora Centre of Art Therapy Studies in Barcelona, ESP, and specialized training in Addiction Studies. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California and maintains a small private practice in addition to working in community mental health and making art.
When she is not in her studio or in session, you can find Kelsey tromping through mountains, avoiding humans, walking through redwoods with her dogs, or out in the desert looking at stars.
She [still] wants to be a River Guide.
